Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity for an Entry Level Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team at Crypto.com, focusing on the compliance obligations under the Commodity Exchange Act.

In Short

• Conduct compliance monitoring for potential rule violations.
• Communicate compliance-related functions and findings.
• Perform AML/KYC reviews and audits.
• Investigate potential violations of Exchange rules and CFTC regulations.
• Prepare reports for management and Exchange committees.
• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in regulatory requests.

• Utilize MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 1-3 years of experience in Compliance within financial services.
• Knowledge of CFTC Regulations for DCM and DCO.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
