Overview

The Growth and Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities to increase revenue, enhance market presence, and improve partner and customer acquisition for IDIQ's new brand, CreditBuilderIQ.

In Short

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Responsible for the implementation of growth projects from conception to completion.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Optimize the partner customer acquisition funnel and develop strategies to obtain new customers and retain existing customers.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on growth metrics and project progress to senior management.
  • Handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in fintech, credit applications with B2C and B2B2C applications.
  • Proven experience in executing strategies for early-stage companies.
  • Core competency in sales outreach, marketing, and product development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide decision-making.
