• Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and colleagues across a wide range of topics.
• Main point of contact for managers on performance management and absence management.
• Support managers with employee cases and provide people-centred solutions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with company values and objectives.
• Lead projects on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Employee Engagement.
• Support Senior People Partners on People Projects.
• Manage benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with colleague needs.
• Analyze HR data for operational projects.
• Stay updated on employment law and ensure effective implementation of changes.

Requirements

• Experience in HR guidance and support.
• Strong understanding of performance management processes.
• Ability to foster inclusive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
• Experience in leading HR projects.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers and teams.
