People and Culture Advisor - Remote

Overview

The People and Culture Advisor is responsible for supporting process improvement, career development, retention and engagement initiatives to promote Datacom’s internal culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Human Resources or related discipline.
• 4+ years of Human Resource experience.
• Experience deploying employee initiatives.
• Experience in developing effective programs for positive culture.
• Knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks.
• Understanding of compliance and best practices.
• Ability to manage complex issues.
• Proven negotiating skills.
