People Advisor - Remote

Overview

The People Advisor role provides support to employees and managers at a regional or cluster level, working closely with Consultants, Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence to deliver effective services.

In Short

• Supports managers and employees with P&C processes and policies.
• Manages query resolution within agreed service levels.
• Prepares employee documents such as offer letters and contracts.
• Manages Time & Attendance Systems and payroll queries.
• Collaborates with People Centres of Excellence for policy-related questions.
• Identifies opportunities for service and process improvements.
• Encourages the use of self-service tools by employees and managers.
• Manages onboarding/offboarding and employee data changes.
• Handles health and safety tasks.
• Works closely with other service team members and P&C Consultants.

Requirements

• Experience in HR or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple queries effectively.
• Familiarity with payroll systems.
• Proficient in documentation management.
