People Advisor - Remote

Overview

Montu is looking for a proactive and collaborative People Advisor to join our People Team, providing guidance and support to employees and team leaders while driving Montu’s end-to-end people partnering approach.

In Short

• Act as a trusted HR advisor on various HR matters.
• Support the People Partner in setting objectives and performance evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support people strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation.
• Assist with HR initiatives and projects for continuous improvement.
• Support change management initiatives including communications and training.
• Manage performance and development processes within your portfolio.
• Participate in HR policy and procedure development.
• Collaborate with People Operations on implementing new processes.
• Provide coverage across portfolios as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent, with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and policies.
• Experience in managing HR processes and employee relations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital HR systems and collaboration tools.
• Flexible and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
