Overview

As a People Advisor at OMD EMEA, you’ll support employees and managers across everything from inductions, flexible working, wellbeing, and employee relations cases to delivering internal training and engagement projects. You’ll manage ER processes, coordinate learning programmes, and keep our policies sharp and up to date.

In Short

Requirements

  • Experience in generalist HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience with HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Solution-focused and service-minded approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Engaging style with a focus on employee experience.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
