Overview

As an FP&A Senior Associate at Sword Health, you will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team with various financial and analytical tasks, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating finance-related activities.

In Short

• Conduct detailed financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Lead ad-hoc strategic projects across multiple departments.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and own financial reporting with accuracy.
• Develop and present financial decks to senior management.
• Create and improve financial models and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity in financial systems.
• Act as a Business Partner to various Business Lines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial roles, preferably FP&A.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
