Overview

KONU is seeking full-time Senior Associates to support leadership and organizational development programs, working with a variety of clients both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in designing and facilitating development programs.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• University degree in a related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
• Unlimited work authorization in the United States.
