Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our remote-friendly team and take ownership of our recruitment process, helping us attract top talent globally.

In Short

  • Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for our team.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and freelance recruiters.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and advise on best hiring strategies.
  • Maintain an always-hiring mindset, ensuring a strong employer brand and proactive talent engagement.
  • Draft, present, and negotiate offers in collaboration with Hiring Managers and executive team.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a TA Specialist, TA Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Developers, Engineers).
  • Experience working remotely and in startup environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ownership of tasks.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic work environment.
