Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Decentraland is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their fully remote team. The role involves shaping tools for the metaverse and helping creators monetize their content.

In Short

• Define, scope, and prioritize features for web dApps.
• Collaborate with PMs and Designers.
• Establish a roadmap aligned with the project’s vision.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Lead discovery, design, and UAT sessions.
• Work with Data & UX teams for data-driven decisions.
• Align with Engineering on feasible solutions.
• Drive go-to-market strategies with Marketing.
• Engage with creator and player communities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of owning product roadmaps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Expertise in end-to-end Project Management.
• Understanding of technology fundamentals.
• English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
