Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Topstep is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our Payments & Wallet domain, focusing on creating simple and trustworthy customer experiences while connecting customer needs with business outcomes.

In Short

• Own the Payments & Wallet roadmap including various payment methods.
• Define clear problem statements and product requirements.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams to ship reliable solutions.
• Optimize payment funnel through experiments and instrumentation.
• Manage vendor integrations and keep up with capabilities.
• Establish key performance metrics and report on them.
• Align stakeholders on the product roadmap and maintain communication.
• Ensure compliance and trust in partnership with legal and finance teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in Product Management with experience in payments or transactional products.
• Fluency in payment concepts such as PSPs and fraud/risk management.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in designing experiments.
• Experience delivering high-volume product releases.
• Proven execution and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
