In Short

  • Own trader interactions from start to resolution through various support channels.
  • Master trading platforms and internal tools.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge through ongoing education.
  • Troubleshoot inquiries and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in improving the trader-focused Learning Center.
  • Contribute to team goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Educate traders on how Topstep works.
  • Participate in beta testing new features.
  • Contribute to company growth through collaborative projects.
  • Shape the future of Topstep with your unique skills.

Requirements

  • Available to work full-time, including weekends.
  • Access to high-speed internet.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred.
  • Outstanding interaction with traders is essential.
  • Understanding of white-glove care.
  • Minimum one year in a customer contact position.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Comfort with remote work and asynchronous communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive communication.
