In Short

• Own the trading experience roadmap, defining strategy to improve trader satisfaction.
• Define clear problem statements and PRDs tied to user and business goals.
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams to ship reliable solutions.
• Run qualitative and quantitative research with traders to elevate insight quality.
• Establish and report on key performance metrics for the product.
• Align stakeholders on the roadmap and maintain communication on progress.
• Build for scale and reliability, coordinating releases effectively.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in Product Management with ownership of complex user journeys.
• Deep experience in trading platforms including charting tools and performance stats.
• Data-driven operator with experience in designing experiments.
• Proven ability to deliver releases for high volume products.
• Strong execution and coordination skills across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance in trading environments.
