Overview

This role on our Trader Support team is focused on providing exceptional user satisfaction and support to our traders, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.

In Short

  • Manage customer interactions via live chat, Discord, and phone.
  • Master trading platforms and internal tools.
  • Maintain product knowledge through ongoing education.
  • Troubleshoot inquiries and escalate when necessary.
  • Enhance trader interactions for meaningful experiences.
  • Contribute to improving help center and internal knowledge bases.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Educate customers on how Topstep works.
  • Participate in beta testing new features.
  • Drive innovation and growth through collaboration.

Requirements

  • Remote within the US (excluding California).
  • High-speed internet is required.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong customer interaction skills are essential.
  • Understanding of white-glove customer care.
  • At least 1 year of customer contact experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using asynchronous communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
