• Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into functional web experiences.
• Build and optimize high-impact landing pages and web components.
• Implement SEO enhancements and manage technical updates.
• Configure event tracking and tags in Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Audit and improve site performance and mobile responsiveness.
• Translate Figma prototypes into production-ready code.
• Troubleshoot front-end bugs and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain site health and manage plugins.
• Stay current with web standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong experience with WordPress and custom themes.
• Ability to translate design files into functional web pages.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
• Experience with GA4 and A/B testing platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail with a QA-focused mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with performance tracking tools.
• Bonus: Experience in graphic design or UX-focused development.
