Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized HR Generalist with a focus on HRIS systems to support and optimize our HR technology infrastructure while managing core HR functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

• Serve as the primary administrator of the company’s HRIS platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR with HRIS platforms.
• Experience handling employee inquiries confidentially.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Google Suites.
