HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

AlignOps is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of our People function, ensuring a positive employee experience and consistency in HR practices.

In Short

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage candidate funnel.
• Manage onboarding logistics and lead new hire orientation.
• Support employee engagement activities and performance management.
• Coordinate offboarding processes and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Compile and analyze HR data for decision-making.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs.
• Collaborate across teams for HR projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator role.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and document management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bonus: PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
