HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for administering human resources policies and procedures balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. The Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support with primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of HR operations related to total rewards, talent management, and other areas/projects as assigned.

In Short

• Support and advise front line managers on HR practices.
• Partner in the development of Corporate HR policies.
• Create and deliver training for front line managers.
• Handle employee relations functions and performance issues.
• Prepare work visa applications as needed.
• Participate in HR project teams.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Support various HR activities.
• Prepare internal employee communications.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
