Overview

As an HR Generalist at Dwolla, you will have the opportunity to work in every aspect of HR, focusing on employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and more within a collaborative team environment.

In Short

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain HR and employee data accuracy and confidentiality
• Execute company payroll in partnership with the Finance team
• Assist with benefits activities and employee inquiries
• Provide HR business partner support to employees
• Administer FMLA processes and documentation
• Facilitate performance management cycles and discussions
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data
• Support strategic planning for company culture and events
• Assist with recruiting activities as needed

Requirements

• Two or more years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits portals
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
