Overview

US Advisors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage Human Resources functions, providing administrative support to HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

In Short

• Oversee processing of payroll and benefits administration.
• Manage invoices for 1099 employees.
• Handle HRIS system management, particularly JustWorks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support performance management processes.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Facilitate 401K enrollment.
• Collaborate with departments for HR support.
• Analyze HR data and provide reports.
• Assist with employee relations issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in government consulting HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise with HRIS systems, especially JustWorks.
• Experience with ATS systems, particularly JazzHR.
• Experience in performance management.
