Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for federal contractor positions while collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Lead end-to-end hiring for various roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in high volume recruiting for admin roles.
• Familiarity with various ATS and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of federal contractor recruitment processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
