Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ready Set, you will partner with managers across the company to design and implement a recruiting strategy that supports our ambitious growth plans.

In Short

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and translate them into specific requirements.
• Own end to end recruitment processes, leading sourcing efforts, interviews, offers, and onboardings.
• Stay updated on job market trends and always expand our potential base of candidates.
• Collaborate to design different positioning strategies for brand growth.
• Lead internal hiring and interviewing trainings for consistency.
• Analyze data and build reports to improve our hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for different locations (LATAM and US).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus).
• Experience in startup environments.
