Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in decentralized environments.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools.
