HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Manager HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in fostering a high-performing culture at athenahealth by partnering with various divisions to enhance employee engagement and business performance.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for employee matters, providing coaching and conflict resolution support.
• Offer performance management guidance to line management.
• Manage employee relations matters, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Advocate for employees while balancing organizational needs.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on staffing and workforce planning efforts.
• Participate in company-wide HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain a documentation library of internal processes.
• Support internal career growth through targeted career conversations.
• Recommend new approaches to HR service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of overall working experience.
• 2-4 years of HR-related experience preferred.
• Experience in analyzing and solving complex problems.
• Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems or Workday is a plus.
