This role is a great opportunity to support a growing team and ensure TextUs recruits great employees and enables them to do their best work. As the right-hand person to the Director, HR, this individual will refine processes, contribute to cultural initiatives, and take ownership of key HR functions. Ideal for someone who thrives in a well-rounded HR Generalist role.

• Ensures best practices and data integrity within Greenhouse ATS
• Owns and maintains job descriptions
• Conducts structured phone interviews
• Efficiently onboard team members
• Leads and improves onboarding processes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR experience
• Proven ability in managing HR documentation
• Proficient in HR technology
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Results-oriented with strong initiative
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Experience with payroll and compliance reporting
