Overview

The HR Generalist will focus on employee relations and engagement, managing various HR functions while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

• Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in an Administrative or HR role.
• Knowledge of US HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
