In Short

Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees ensuring that the correct working documents are in place
Ensuring accurate input of employees data in the HR system in a timely manner
Collaborate with employees and managers to foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in resolving workplace conflicts
Partner with managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing expert guidance and support on employee growth initiatives
Analyze onboarding surveys, and HR processes identifying actionable recommendations based on data
Proactively work with HR Business Partners to identify opportunities for organizational improvement, implement innovative solutions, and continuously enhance the employee experience based on feedback and data analysis.
Maintain HR programs and policies that are aligned with business strategy and drive organizational success. Ensure all HR processes are up-to-date, compliant with company standards, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management and employee engagement

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
