In Short

• Coordinate compliance issue management, escalation and reporting.
• Monitor and review regulatory documents applicable to the Company.
• Update and draft policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance assurance reviews and testing.
• Provide advice on new business expansion and regulatory issues.
• Prepare risk and control assessments to identify potential risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational events.
• Maintain and oversee operational risk framework and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage training records and compliance training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance and operational risk management.
• Experience in governance, risk, assurance, or internal control roles.
• Practical experience with regulatory compliance and risk assessment tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven capability in data analysis and drawing conclusions.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of assurance and corporate governance frameworks.
• Rights to work in Singapore.
