In Short

• Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for club clients.
• Proactively engage with clients via email and telephone.
• Act as a brand ambassador for eToro's vision and mission.
• Manage the full client experience including education and retention.
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve high-priority issues.

Requirements

• Exceptional communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Deep interest in financial markets, stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is desirable.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role in financial services.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products.
