Overview

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing and delivering contracted services to customer accounts, ensuring service levels are met and acting as the primary contact for escalations.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day operations of customer accounts.
  • Ensure services meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
  • Produce Service Performance Reports.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery through Service Improvement Plans.
  • Act as an escalation point for service teams and customers.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities for Sales Account Managers.
  • Manage risks to acceptance or mitigation.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Minimize service credit liabilities through improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
  • ITIL V3 certification; V4 desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to produce service management documentation and reports.
  • Strong business relationship skills.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools.
