Oracle & SQL Server Database Administrator - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing Database and Application services to Local Government, Health, and Digital clients, ensuring high-quality incident, change, and problem management services.

In Short

• Remote work option available depending on location.
• Manage Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres databases.
• Provide DBA and application support services.
• Setup and manage databases and applications.
• Produce standard documentation and procedures.
• Work on problem management to eliminate repeat incidents.
• Ensure compliance with NEC quality standards.
• Available for on-call out-of-hours and weekend work (1 in 4 weeks).

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle 19c and SQL Server 2019+
• Database administration and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to provide application services and administration.
• Familiarity with Postgres 11+ is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Eligibility for NPPV and Security Clearance.
