Head of Insights - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Head of Insights to lead, develop and scale our Insights function, responsible for setting the direction, standards and operating model for how insight is generated, communicated and delivered to customers.

In Short

• Lead and evolve the Insights vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define best practice standards for insight quality and storytelling.
• Build and manage a high-performing Insights team.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and QA processes.
• Set direction on key insights for customers.
• Review insight outputs for clarity and impact.
• Drive automation of insight products.
• Act as a senior Insights representative with customers.
• Identify insight-led commercial opportunities.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Senior experience in Insights / Analytics leadership.
• Proven people management capability.
• Strong storytelling and decision-support skills.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
