Overview

The Architecture Practice Operations Lead is responsible for delivering day-to-day operational activities that support the effectiveness of the Architecture and Design practice, providing people leadership and operational coordination.

In Short

• Lead and support architecture team members.
• Manage operational tasks including timesheets and performance reviews.

• Produce reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Requirements

• Experience in people leadership and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in operational or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of technology-enabled environments.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence with data and reporting tools.
• Proactive mindset focused on team effectiveness.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
• Experience in IT or digital delivery teams is desirable.
