Architecture Practice Manager - Remote

Overview

The Architecture Practice Manager is responsible for managing the execution of the processes that comprise Prime’s Architecture Practice, ensuring effective engagement and improvement of architectural processes throughout the organization.

In Short

• Define and orchestrate architecture governance processes.
• Manage continuous improvement efforts for architecture repositories.
• Serve as the central point of contact for architecture processes.
• Oversee architecture request for proposal content and responses.
• Drive communication of foundational architecture guidance.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise Architecture development.
• Provide project management discipline for practice improvement.
• Manage Enterprise Architecture tools, especially ServiceNow.
• Support healthcare industry-related architecture initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of related work experience in architecture roles.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Technical Architecture.
• Strong self-management skills in high ambiguity situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in process development and governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow and architecture tools.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MIS) is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
