Overview

The Customer Experience Architect acts as the voice of Prime’s customers and helps teams design experiences that solve customer problems and help them achieve their goals.

• Identify high-impact customer experiences for Prime.
• Lead analysis of customer journeys and develop metrics.
• Engage in collaborative brainstorming and discussions.
• Contribute to solution definition using various tools.
• Drive strategic initiatives across the business.
• Develop a multi-year Customer Experience roadmap.
• Listen to customers and leverage insights for improvements.
• Influence design of customer interactions across channels.
• Lead culture change aligned to Customer Experience principles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in Customer Experience across multiple channels.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• Experience in human-centered research techniques.
• Strong business and strategic acumen.
• Ability to prioritize customer experience impact.
• Familiarity with project management methods.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
• Visual design skills preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industry preferred.
