Architectural Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.

• Leading architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation facilities.
• Performing 3-D modeling and rendering using various software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• 4 years’ experience in architecture project development.
• Experience with 3-D modeling and rendering software.
• Proficiency in preparing architectural presentations.
• Experience in coordinating engineering systems.
• Ability to develop schematic design and construction documents.
• Knowledge of materials and building codes.
