In Short

• Assist the Senior Project Manager to manage the project team to provide seamless deliverables, reduce risk, and manage change.
• Provide project support, information, and assistance on risks, change, costs, schedules, and quality on a large, complex high-risk project currently underway.
• Identify and manage project risks, knowing when to escalate.
• Provide project reports including reports on schedule, cost, stakeholder engagement, risk, quality, document control, actual vs. forecast, etc.
• Coordinate and manage document control activities, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor quality management processes and ensure timely reviews.
• Supervise assigned projects, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
• Coordinate with and support the team to execute on budget and on schedule.
• Monitor A&E project work to ensure adherence to Project Management processes.
• Create, execute, and monitor detailed work plans/schedules to successfully deliver.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant project management experience.
• A college diploma or university degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Training and experience providing a sound knowledge of the engineering/architecture roles.
• Specific demonstrable change management experience.
• Solid understanding of architectural and engineering working drawings.
• General construction knowledge.
• Demonstrable comprehensive understanding of project management and project controls.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and applications.
• Good understanding of project accounting.
