Overview

The Engineering Project Manager at Gousto will oversee engineering projects aimed at enhancing the unboxing experience for customers while ensuring compliance with safety and food standards.

In Short

Conduct feasibility studies for engineering projects.
Develop design solutions for engineering challenges.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects.
Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and food safety standards.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for engineering disciplines.
Manage contractors and internal supply chain customers.
Work with suppliers on capital proposals and automation solutions.
Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Execute performance trials and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Practical knowledge of food hygiene standards.
Experience leading multi-functional projects in FMCG.
Understanding of HACCP principles.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
Knowledge of CDM regulations.
Experience in contractor management.
Financial analysis capability.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
Engineering qualifications and proven experience.
Expertise in automation and engineering standards.
