• Ensure project development according to quality, safety, and deadlines agreed with the client.
• Maximize profitability for Arcadis by efficiently managing resources.
• Lead a team of professionals in a collaborative and safe work environment.

• Maintain fluid communication and share information with the team.
• Supervise and ensure health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 12 years of proven experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience in managing engineering projects for large mining.
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects from conceptual to detailed stages.
• Experience in engineering projects for EIAs.
• Reside in Lima.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Hybrid work availability (some days from home and others from the office in San Isidro, Lima).
