Overview

Arcadis is seeking an Architectural and Engineering Senior Design Manager to join our Design Management team within the North America Places group. This role focuses on delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for various projects.

In Short

• Remote role based anywhere in the USA with 25% travel expected.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and managers on project objectives.
• Spearhead strategic pursuits and project delivery strategies.
• Manage financial and project management controls.
• Drive timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Implement design delivery best practices and risk management.
• Develop project plans for diverse design and engineering services.
• Deliver client presentations and communicate technical concepts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leading design-engineered solutions.
• Financial background in project and client management.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Platforms and BIM solutions.
• CPM certification within 30 days of hire.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering related fields.
• Preferred certifications: PE, RA, PMP.
• Experience in practical sustainability and unique mechanical systems.
• Experience in urban environments with transformative solutions.
