• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Write, review, and maintain code in various languages and frameworks.

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement continuous improvement processes within the team.
• Lead the full stack product engineering team for infrastructure management.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying large, scalable distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead the design and architecture of complex systems.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Strong capability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly independent and curious.
• Expertise in at least one framework such as TypeScript, Next.js, Nest, or React.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Ability to work on-call rotation as incident escalation SME.
