Overview

The Systems Design & Architecture Engineer II will be responsible for writing DCM technical specifications, leading technical discussions, and overseeing the end-to-end life of DCM product strategic planning, development, launch, and quality validation.

In Short

  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer experience assigned products.
  • Complete project objectives in time to meet vehicle milestones.
  • Deep-dive in technical specifications to identify concerns.
  • Maintain product backlog and ensure overall project delivery.
  • Adapt new technologies and tools as needed.
  • Cooperate with team members and suppliers.
  • Conduct quality testing and validation.
  • Support launch planning for changes or improved features.
  • Communicate lessons learned to future product development teams.
  • Use strong written and presentation skills to report on project statuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in telematics and multimedia development (4+ years).
  • Strong understanding of automotive DCM related hardware and software stacks.
  • Expert on PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced teams with quick decision making.
  • Possess strong technical and product management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with design, software, firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams.
