The Senior Design Manager will lead architectural and engineering projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to enhance smart and sustainable places.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in large multi-discipline projects.
• Proven financial background in project management.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM.
• Certified Project Management (CPM) certification within 30 days of hire.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering focused on the built environment.
• Preferred certifications: PE, RA, PMP.
• Practical sustainability experience is a plus.
• Experience in urban environments and transformative solutions.
