Project Engineer/Manager - Remote

Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to act as an owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects, preferably in lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments.

In Short

• Act as owner’s representative on large construction projects.
• Work on multi-employer sites.
• Take projects from design through construction and into commissioning.
• Write commissioning strategy/plan and protocols.
• Review technical submissions from team members.
• Answer construction communications like RFIs and Submittals.

Requirements

• An engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, construction).
• 4-9 years of experience on large engineering projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in the biotech industry.
• Experience as owner’s representative on construction projects.
• Experience with commissioning and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe construction practices.
• Experience using project management software.
• Experience writing operational and maintenance SOPs.
• Experience closing out large projects.
