Overview

As the Head of Insights, you will lead our efforts in translating research data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision making across the company.

In Short

• Define and execute a comprehensive Insights strategy and roadmap.
• Build, lead, and develop the Insights team.
• Lead in the delivery of insights through qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Monitor market and industry trends.
• Partner with various teams to integrate customer insights.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of complex research data sets.
• Work cross-functionally to embed insights into planning.
• Analyse campaign performance and product data sets.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor the Insights team.
• Act as the key point of contact in insights for the Senior Leadership team.

Requirements

• Leadership experience within an insights function.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Highly data literate with proven ability to distil insights.
• Experience delivering customer and market insights projects.
• Proven storytelling approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading multi-discipline research teams.
• Comfort working at both strategic and executional levels.
• Strong motivation to build an insights function.
• Experience in a direct to consumer business is an advantage.
