Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
• Experience managing Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom.
• Expertise in endpoint management tools in a hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting.
• Commitment to maintaining clear documentation of IT processes.
• Experience with compliance in regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to lead a small team and foster teamwork.
