• Leads and develops a high-performing team of Underwriting Operations Specialists.
• Shapes and refines underwriting operational processes.
• Partners closely with the Underwriting Practices team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in P&C Personal Lines insurance underwriting.
• 2+ years in operational processing or project enablement.
• Preferred experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with workload management reporting and metrics.
• Thrives in evolving environments.
• Instinctively identifies process gaps.
• Solid understanding of technology’s role in underwriting operations.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience desired.
