EPM is seeking an experienced Underwriting Manager to lead and mentor a team of underwriters, ensuring compliance and performance align with company goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience in mortgage operations required.
• Wholesale underwriting experience required.
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS required.
• Knowledge of various loan products.
• DE/CHUMS and LAPP/SARS certifications required.
• Knowledgeable in automated underwriting systems.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
