Senior Servicing Analyst - Remote

Overview

EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Servicing Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining servicing data, ensuring accuracy for analysis and reporting, as well as developing and distributing reports using Excel and PowerBI to provide insights into key servicing metrics.

In Short

• Manage and maintain servicing data for analysis and reporting.
• Develop and distribute reports using Excel and PowerBI.
• Coordinate transfers of loans for Mortgage Servicing Rights sales.
• Provide mortgage servicing reports focusing on delinquency and default.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan data.
• Support loan servicing activities including document requests.
• Manage the Loan Servicing mailbox and process requests.
• Perform Loan Level Review for short sale and Deed-in-Lieu.
• Upload GNMA Pool information to subservicer.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience required.
• Prior experience in post-closing, insuring, or loan delivery preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of various home loans and mortgage products.
